Hotel Ajavi - Ibarra

I was kinda surprised by the really good service at Hotel Ajavi. When I mentioned that I had a tight schedule and needed transportation to the airport, the assistant manager personally ensured everything was arranged. It was like having a local friend looking out for me. The location near the bus station was also convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel.

not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. appreciated their on-site restaurant imbabura, it was good. this hotel is equal to 4 stars.

The hotel's location was convenient being close to the transportation hub, but that was the only upside. the room was poorly equipped with ancient furnishings and unpleasant service. Breakfast was decent, but the shower was either too hot or cold. I struggled to find any particular good facilities in the hotel except for the bed and decent breakfast.

The overall experience was quite poor with dirty facilities and poor customer service, for the money that was spent, it was far below expectations.

The hotel was in close proximity to the city center, which was perfect for exploring all the sights. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our check-in and check-out process seamless. the breakfast had a decent variety of options, and we enjoyed starting our day with a filling meal.

Our room left a lot to be desired. The furniture was outdated and worn down, and the bathroom fixtures were not clean.
